IT Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations and ensuring that all systems and networks are running smoothly. Your role will also involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technology solutions, and providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and data backup/recovery
- Experience with implementing new technology solutions and managing software/hardware upgrades
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the company's technology operations including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware/software maintenance, data backup/recovery.
- Managing a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Evaluating current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Providing technical support to employees on hardware/software issues.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for all IT processes/procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws/regulations related to information security.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to identify needs for new technology solutions.
