We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business goals
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of existing systems
- Ensure the security and reliability of all information technology systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make strategic recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Create and maintain documentation for all systems, processes, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of network administration, data management, and cybersecurity
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Los Angeles (open to candidates from Pakistan or Canada)

Job Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)
