Senior Commercial Architect


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction process for various commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in developing innovative and functional designs for commercial projects
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing creative solutions that meet their objectives
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of commercial building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to clients
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in the United States

Salary: $1600 monthly salary (negotiable based on experience)
