We are in search of a talented Commercial Architect to join our prestigious firm in Los Angeles, USA. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your expertise and creativity will be essential in creating functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their commercial space
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on site conditions or client requests
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations related to commercial projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box

Salary:
Salary for this position will start at $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Los Angeles, USA. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
