Machine Learning Engineer


We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Akron. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to identify business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and programming, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various business applications
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify relevant data sources and build efficient data pipelines
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Conduct research on new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance
- Perform thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Maintain documentation of all developed models and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning models in a professional setting
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision techniques
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
