We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Akron. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of machine learning models.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
