Entry-Level Facade Technician



We are seeking an Entry-Level Facade Technician to join our team in Akron, Canada. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of building facades.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of building facades, including cladding, glazing, and curtain walls
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facades
- Work with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or have valid work permit for Canada
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
