Facade Specialist

We are a leading construction company in Akron, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining exterior building facades. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension, and we are open to candidates of Indian nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative and innovative facade solutions that meet client requirements
- Install and maintain facades according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess projects and provide accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Stay updated on new materials, techniques, and technologies related to facade construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facade Specialist in the construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards for exterior facades
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
This role is based in Akron but may require occasional travel to client sites within the region.
