Job Title: Industrial Architect


We are currently in need of an experienced and skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and goals for the project
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for industrial buildings and facilities
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop 2D and 3D models
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor progress throughout all stages of construction to ensure design intent is being met
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month as well as free visa and ticket for all nationalities. This is a full-time position but we are open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.
