Sales Representative - Entry Level


We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting targets by building and maintaining relationships with clients in the Akron area. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1100 per month plus commission on sales
