We are in need of a reliable and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. Your main duties will include managing reservations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries and requests.

The ideal candidate for this role will be friendly, professional, and have excellent communication skills. You should also be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
