Nurse - Bungoma, Kenya



We are in need of a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and support to our patients. This includes monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with clinical procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. As this is an English-speaking role, proficiency in English is required. Prior nursing experience is preferred but not required. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will not be provided for foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care by monitoring vitals and administering medications
- Assist with clinical procedures such as wound care and IV therapy
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
- Educate patients on their conditions and provide them with necessary resources
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to all medical protocols, regulations, and standards of practice

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Kenya
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Compassionate nature with a dedication to providing quality patient care
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Prior nursing experience preferred but not required
