Floral Designer
As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and other special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your creativity to design arrangements that exceed their expectations. Your duties will include selecting the appropriate flowers, greens, and accessories, arranging them in an aesthetically pleasing manner, and ensuring that all orders are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the flowers and plants in the shop, as well as managing inventory and ordering new supplies when necessary. This position requires a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Prior experience in floral design is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals who have a passion for creativity and an interest in the floral industry. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of $1400 per month, with potential for growth within our company.
