Executive Chef
We are searching for a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Bungoma. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high quality and presentation of dishes. You will also manage and train kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and control inventory and food costs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting, with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes. You should also be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef
-Experience in menu planning and food preparation
-Strong leadership skills
-Knowledge of food safety regulations
-Ability to manage inventory and control costs
-Excellent time management skills
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Bungoma, Kenya
