Restaurant Manager for Indian Restaurant in Bungoma
As a Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant in Bungoma, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that food and beverage quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease
- Attention to detail
