Office Assistant
We are hiring a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Bungoma, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, be able to work part-time, and have prior office experience. This is an urgent role and we are looking for a Pakistani national who is fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate office or person
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience working in an office setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.
