Courier Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier Delivery Driver to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to various locations within the city. This is a contract job with a monthly salary of 1700$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery van or motorcycle to transport packages
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for timely deliveries
- Ensure all packages are delivered to the correct recipient and obtain necessary signatures
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries made
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays, discrepancies, or other issues
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred
- Good knowledge of the city's roads and neighborhoods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
