Loader Supervisor


As a Loader Supervisor, you will oversee a team of loaders and ensure the efficient and safe loading of goods onto trucks for transportation. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be based in Bungoma, Egypt and will be responsible for managing the loading operations at our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of loaders and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all goods are loaded onto trucks accurately and safely
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of loaded goods and report any discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules
- Monitor loading equipment for malfunctions or damages and report any issues immediately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations at all times
- Provide regular feedback to management on team performance and suggest improvements when necessary

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to loading operations preferred

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month.
