We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for our manufacturing facility in Bungoma. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various industrial equipment and structures. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Select appropriate paint and mixing ratios
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Inspect equipment and surfaces for defects or imperfections before and after painting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required for international job applicants
