A factory in Bungoma is seeking a skilled and diligent Factory Line Worker to join our team. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery on the production line, ensuring quality control and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery on the production line
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Meet daily production targets set by management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
