Position: Collector
Location: Bungoma, Kenya

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging yet rewarding job opportunity? We are currently seeking a Collector to join our team in Bungoma.

As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions and communicating with customers to resolve any payment issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers via phone, email or in person to collect payments
- Documenting all customer interactions and payment information accurately
- Negotiating payment plans with customers who are unable to make full payments
- Updating customer accounts with current payment information
- Following up on delinquent accounts and taking appropriate action to collect payments
- Providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in collections is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. This position does not require English proficiency and is open to Indian nationals. Accommodation will not be provided, so local candidates are preferred.
