Office Manager - Bungoma, India
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company's office in Bungoma, India. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical workers, and office assistants
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and coordinate office meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Handle employee records, payroll, and benefits administration
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed
- Assist in budget planning and financial reporting for the office
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to the office's operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing a team effectively
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with budgeting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1400$ per month along with additional benefits such as health insurance. This position is open to Indian nationals who have their own valid work visa. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
