Indian Office Manager in Bungoma, Kenya
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Indian Office Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office manager and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll
- Coordinate travel arrangements for company executives as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with budget management is a plus
- Valid work permit for Kenya is required
