Restaurant Manager - Nepali (Nakuru)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy restaurant in Nakuru. The ideal candidate will be from Nepal and have previous experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, and no English language skills are required.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team of servers, chefs, and other staff to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your duties will include creating staff schedules, managing inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling customer complaints.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of restaurant operations. Knowledge of Nepali cuisine is preferred but not required.

This is an urgent position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The job does not include accommodation, so applicants must already be living in Nakuru or willing to relocate at their own expense.
