Barista - Coffee Shop Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team as the Coffee Shop Supervisor. Our coffee shop is located in the vibrant city of Nakuru and caters to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and previous experience in a supervisory role.

As the Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring that all aspects of service meet our high standards. This includes managing staff schedules, training new employees, and providing guidance and support to the team.

In addition to supervisory duties, you will also be responsible for preparing and serving coffee beverages to customers. This requires knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills, and the ability to maintain consistent quality in every cup.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both with customers and team members. You must also possess strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, cash handling procedures, and daily sales reports.

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we require all candidates to have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. A salary of 1700$ will be provided for this position.
