We are looking for a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane while following all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Ensure proper set up and positioning of the crane for each task
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate effectively with team members on the ground to ensure safe movement of materials
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including materials moved and hours worked

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Ability to read and understand lifting charts and blueprints
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Physically fit to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
