Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to improve the team's performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in driving sales growth.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
