Sales Manager - Nepal
We are seeking a dynamic, driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As the Sales Manager for the Nepali market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in this region. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, perfect for someone who wants to gain valuable international experience.
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets and goals. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients. Your role will involve traveling within Nepal to meet with clients and attend conferences and trade shows.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in sales and experience in managing a team. Fluency in Nepali is required as you will be working closely with clients from Nepal. As this is a contract position, it is important that you have your own visa to work in Kenya.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, results-driven and has excellent communication skills. You should also have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This position does not include accommodation, so we are looking for candidates who are already based in Nakuru or willing to relocate at their own expense.
