Gardener for Private Estate in Nakuru



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team on a private estate in Nakuru. As the Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens, plants, and outdoor spaces on the estate. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing garden plans and layouts
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants
- Maintaining lawns, hedges, and other outdoor areas
- Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Managing irrigation systems
- Keeping the garden clean and organized
- Collaborating with other staff members to coordinate tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plant care, soil types, and garden maintenance techniques
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good understanding of gardening equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines

Benefits:
