Administrative Assistant - Nakuru, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Indian national with excellent English communication skills, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our company. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the team
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with visa sponsorship process for international employees
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
