A leading manufacturing company in Nakuru, Kenya is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join their team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial equipment and structures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and apply paint using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure proper application of paint to achieve desired finish
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean
- Communicate with team members to coordinate painting schedule
- Adhere to company quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and solvents
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed

Salary:
Starting salary of $1700 per month with opportunity for growth based on performance.

Location:
Nakuru, Kenya. This position is open for all nationalities but preference will be given to Malayalees.
