Factory Line Worker



We are hiring for the position of Factory Line Worker at our manufacturing facility in Nakuru. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery on the factory floor. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects to supervisors
- Ensure timely production of goods by monitoring machine operations and adjusting settings as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Basic understanding of production machinery and equipment
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates without experience
