Job Title: Rental Coordinator - Nakuru, Egypt
We are a leading rental company in Nakuru, Egypt seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the rental process and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a biometric passport and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of rental equipment
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and equipment inventory
- Ensure timely billing and collection of rental fees
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Train new employees on rental procedures and policies
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience
- Adhere to safety guidelines when handling equipment
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the rental industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
