Smelter OperatorJob Description:
As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the smelting process at our plant located in Nakuru. Your main duty will be to ensure the efficient and safe production of metals through the smelting process. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the smelting equipment, including furnaces, conveyors, and crushers.
- Monitor and adjust the temperature, flow rate, and chemical composition of the smelting process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the smelting process.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in smelting or other industrial settings preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
