We are currently seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating milling machines and be able to work full-time without accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality production and make adjustments as needed
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of parts
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
