Collector - Nakuru, Kenya



The Collector will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, and we are looking for an Indian candidate who is fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of their outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers
- Record and update customer payment information accurately
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and escalate issues as needed
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya.
