Our insurance company in Nakuru, Kenya is seeking an experienced Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess and process insurance claims. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance claims and determine coverage
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather all necessary information
- Evaluate damages and determine appropriate compensation
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documents
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
