CNC Operator


We are a leading manufacturing company based in Nakuru, seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines to perform various machining and cutting tasks on metal or plastic materials. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience operating CNC machines preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Location:
This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who possess the necessary qualifications.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
