Office Manager for Indian Women in Nakuru, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is specifically for Indian women who are looking for a full time job with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Oversee office budgets and expenses
- Maintain office records and files
- Order office supplies as needed
- Ensure that the office is clean and presentable at all times
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Train new staff members on office procedures and protocols
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Handle any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian woman living in or willing to relocate to Nakuru, Kenya
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (no other language requirements)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
