Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and marketing, with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel
- Manage the sales team, including setting sales targets and providing training and support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the local market is preferred
