Concierge Supervisor
The ideal candidate for this role will be a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual, responsible for supervising the daily operations of the concierge team at a luxury hotel in Nakuru. Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required to effectively handle guest inquiries and requests. The supervisor will ensure that all guests receive personalized, efficient, and courteous service from the concierge team. This role requires strong leadership skills to train and manage a team of concierge staff, as well as problem-solving abilities to resolve any issues that may arise. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month and includes accommodation. Kenyan candidates are preferred, but foreigners with the appropriate work permits are also welcome to apply. A minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
