Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Mombasa, Kenya

Our manufacturing company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This full-time position is open to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport and does not require English proficiency. We welcome female applicants with or without experience in machine operation.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This includes calibrating machines, loading materials onto equipment, monitoring production output and quality, and performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during production. They should also have a keen eye for detail to ensure products meet quality standards. Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

This role requires physical stamina as you will be standing for long periods of time and may need to lift heavy materials. You must also have strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
