As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts for various industries. This role requires experience in operating milling machines and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail, as well as good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to specifications provided in technical drawings
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process
- Maintain clean and organized work area, including regular maintenance of machines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect small imperfections in finished products
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of shop math and measurement tools
- Experience with CNC programming is preferred but not required

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
