Indian Barista in Mombasa

We are hiring an Indian Barista to join our team in Mombasa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- No prior experience necessary
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry is a plus but not required
- Must have knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for cash handling

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. Accommodation is not provided.
