Radio Technician

We are hiring a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Mombasa. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment and systems. Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with radio technology and equipment. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A degree or certification in electronics or a related field is preferred. This position does not require English proficiency, but strong communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and make repairs as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on all radio systems
- Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete more complex projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Radio Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of radio technology and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Degree or certification in electronics or related field (preferred)
