We are in need of skilled Welders to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures and components according to engineering plans and specifications. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering plans and specifications for welding projects
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning and cutting as necessary
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections on welded components to ensure they meet required standards
- Troubleshoot any issues with welding equipment or techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Familiarity with different types of metal including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical fitness for standing, bending, lifting, and working in tight spaces
