Waiter/Waitress in Mombasa, Kenya



We are a bustling restaurant in Mombasa, Kenya seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Mombasa, Kenya or willing to relocate
- No previous experience required
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with seating arrangements
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction with their order
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas including tables, chairs, floors, and counters
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift

Salary:
Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for growth within the company.
