Caregiver for Elderly Individuals in Mombasa, Kenya


We are a leading home care agency in Mombasa, Kenya seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to elderly individuals in their homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervisor
- Engage in meaningful conversation and activities with clients to promote mental stimulation
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an English speaking individual with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a caregiver for elderly individuals is required
- Valid biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
- Must have a compassionate and patient demeanor towards the elderly
- Ability to work full-time and be flexible with schedule as needed
