Skilled Handyman for Residential Properties in Mombasa


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in maintaining and repairing residential properties in Mombasa. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance work.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties and identify any repairs needed
- Perform plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Handle electrical work including changing light bulbs, fixing outlets, and installing new appliances
- Complete carpentry projects such as repairing furniture, fixing doors and windows, and building shelves
- Conduct general maintenance work including painting, cleaning gutters, and mowing lawns
- Keep track of supplies and tools needed for various tasks
- Communicate with property owners or managers to discuss repairs and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to handle various tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Good knowledge of tools and equipment used for repairs
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
