Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at our factory in Mombasa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines according to standard operating procedures
- Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machine operation
- Physically capable of standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
